Who we are
SalesChamp provides door-to-door field sales software for home-services businesses. This policy covers our marketing site at https://saleschamp.ca and the live application at https://app.saleschamp.ca.
What we collect
- Account information: name, email, and organization name when you sign in through our identity provider (WorkOS).
- Operational data: the outcomes, contacts, territories, and team configuration you create inside the app to run your business.
- Location data: while a rep is using the field map, we read live GPS to center the map and (optionally) share location with their organization for team visibility.
- Billing information: handled by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer ID and subscription state; full card details never touch our servers.
- Diagnostics: basic application logs and analytics so we can keep the app working.
What we don't collect
- We do not sell personal data to advertisers or third-party data brokers.
- We do not run cross-site advertising trackers on the marketing site or in the app.
How we use it
- To run the SalesChamp service you signed up for.
- To process payments and send transactional emails about your account.
- To support optional integrations you enable (notably GoHighLevel), which sync data outside SalesChamp on your behalf.
- To improve the product based on aggregate usage patterns.
Sub-processors
We rely on a small set of vendors to run SalesChamp:
- WorkOS - identity and authentication.
- Stripe - billing and payment processing.
- Google Maps Platform - map tiles, geocoding, and routing.
- Vercel - hosting and analytics.
- GoHighLevel - only when you explicitly connect a sub-account.
Your rights
You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing sales@saleschamp.ca. We respond within 30 days.
Children
SalesChamp is a B2B product and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
When we make a material change to this policy, we'll update the effective date above and (if you have an account) email the organization owner.
