Common pricing questions

Why is the first rep more expensive than the rest?

Your first rep covers the cost of running an organization for you - hosting, map and routing APIs, GoHighLevel integration, support, and the desktop tools your manager uses. Every rep after that is a simple $20 CAD/month per-seat add.

What counts as a billable seat?

Only active sales reps and pending sales-rep invitations consume a seat. Labourers (who only see Calendar and Settings to complete scheduled jobs) are always free, and platform admins viewing organizations read-only do not consume seats.

Can I add or remove seats anytime?

Yes. Buy more seats when you invite a new rep beyond your current capacity; remove seats by deactivating reps and adjusting in the Stripe Customer Portal at the next renewal.

Do you offer a free trial?

You can sign in and use SalesChamp in demo mode without billing or a credit card. Demo records save on the device and can be imported into your real organization the moment you add seats.

What payment methods do you accept?

All credit cards Stripe supports in your country, plus other Stripe-supported local methods at checkout (varies by region). Billing is in Canadian dollars.

Is there a setup fee or contract?

No setup fee and no annual contract. Billing is monthly per seat. Cancel anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal.

What happens if my payment fails?

Stripe automatically retries the payment. After repeated failures the organization is paused locally until billing is resolved, but your data is retained.
