Agreement to terms
By using SalesChampyou agree to these terms. If you're using SalesChamp on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
The service
SalesChampprovides software for door-to-door field sales operations. We strive to keep the service available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected downtime can happen.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for what your invited team members do in SalesChamp.
- You must comply with applicable laws when collecting customer contact information through SalesChamp - including local rules on door-to-door soliciting, do-not-knock lists, and SMS/email consent.
Billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly per active sales-rep seat via Stripe. Labourer seats are free.
- You can change seat count or cancel at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Failed payments are retried by Stripe; repeated failures will pause organization access until billing is resolved.
Your data
You own the data you put into SalesChamp. We process it to run the service and any integrations you enable. See the privacy policy for details.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use SalesChamp for unlawful door-to-door activity in your jurisdiction.
- Resell or re-host the service.
- Attempt to attack, reverse-engineer, or scrape the service in bulk.
Disclaimers and liability
SalesChampis provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
Either side can end this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that harms us or other users.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above and notify organization owners.
